Our weight loss program starts with an initial consultation in our office and will give you an opportunity to ask our medical provider questions you have. The provider will also discuss your:

- Personal and family history to evaluate if you are healthy enough to participate in the weight loss program.

- Current medications.

- Lab work to understand if there are any hormonal imbalances that could be affecting your weight loss and your health.

- Plan your treatment options and your medications.

-Semaglutide is a GLP1-RA. Its method of action is that it delays gastric emptying. . Contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity, medullary thyroid cancer(family history or personal history)

Side effects may include nausea, bloating, diarrhea and constipation

-Phentermine- is a stimulant. It assists in weight loss in that it stimulates the release of norepinephrine in the hypothalamus. Side effects can include palpitations, insomnia and agitation.

Terzepatide l- increases insulin sensitivity and delays gastric emptying and decreases glucose levels and controls satiety.

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity, medullary thyroid cancer(family history or personal history) and Type 1 Diabetes.

Same day appointments are typically available.
